Additional Position
Accounting Team of 5 (Accounting Manager, 2 Asst. Manager and 2 Accounting Staffs (AR/AP)
Report to Accounting Manager (Thai)

1. Issue monthly billing note (REP) and send to customer.
2. Prepare a notice letter for long aging customer and return cheque.
3. Prepare and sent document to the customer to register bank guarantee and to renew bank guarantee.
4. Prepare company's asset checking report.
5. Handle all Fixed Assets Matters such as registration process and write off assets to Well Fixed Asset system.
6. Close monthly depreciation report.
7. Calculate the difference price between first half and second half period for OE customers and issue Credit Note/Debit Note and record transaction to accounting system.
8. Control the credit limit (OE - Original Equipment customers) on G-compass system (Internal System for data filling).
9. Issue monthly billing note (OE) and send to customer
10. Filing accounting document

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age not over 35 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
3. At least 2 years of experience in accounting field.
4. Lower Intermediate Level of English (Mainly for e-mailing and documentation)
