JOB DETAIL

• Provide legal counsel, strategic guidance and support to various business divisions
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contract, including NDA, Service Agreement, Sales and Purchase Agreement, Memorandum for new project and legal due diligence in English and Thai.
• Provide guidance and ensure compliance with relevant law and regulations applicable to our operation.
• Manage litigation, dispute resolution and internal and external investigations related to business operations.
• Manage both outside legal counsel and members of legal direction

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least 10 years of work experiences with 3 years working experience at a law firm and/or work experience as an in-house lawyer
• Ability to communicate in English (business level: TOEIC score 730)
• Problem solving and analysis
• Flexibility and openness to change
• Qualified as an attorney in Thailand or other foreign countries
