Subordinate: 10-13 Sales (All is Female)
Report Directly to Sales Manager (Thai - Female)

1. Assist Sales Manager for overall sales activity and sales target to the department
2. Motivate, and advise team of Sales
3. Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
4. Develop personal leadership skills to ensuring that the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
5. Visit oversea clients with team to present company's products
6. Manage month-end and year-end close processes and handle all related issues.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 34-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
3. At least 6 years of working experience as B2B Sales or Sales Executive/Representative in management level
4. JLPT N2 or higher (Upper Intermediate Level tested by PASONA consultant)
5. Intermediate Level of English
6. Able to travel oversea upon request (Asian countries, once every 2-3 months)
