JOB DETAIL

- Preferable to have comprehensive understanding of the system itself, and responsible for data management planning and daily data upload/monitoring/cleansing etc.
- Mainly handling customer data from sales team.(not necessary to be familiar with system architecture and with scientific background)
1. Salesforce Administrator – Operation Planning: to work on Salesforce operation planning and reporting of salesforce data
- Run PDCA to improve the utilization of Salesforce
- Reporting Salesforce data in Excel and PowerPoint
- Data management planning
- Salesforce Sandbox management

2. Salesforce Administrator – Daily Operation: to manage and operate the Salesforce system as administrator, Data Monitoring and Cleansing
- Daily data migration
- Daily data monitoring/cleansing
- Update input rules and operation flow

3. Support Marketing activity
- Contents planning of SECOM service
- Social Media operation (Facebook/Instagram/LINE/YouTube)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree
- Administrative or Sales coordinator skill
- At least 2 years of working experience in data analyzing
- Experience of Marketing Automation system is advantage
- Analytical experience and capability is advantage
- Good command of verbal and written English. TOEIC 700 above.

- Strong knowledge and administrative skill in Salesforce, and its operation planning.
- At least 1 years of working experience with salesforce
