Position: Logistics Management Officer
Department: Logistics Management
Division: Corporate Planning

Main Responsibility: Review and check all Import/Export documents from business divisions. Advise and instruct business division in Logistics Trade Compliance, Security Trade Control, Inventory Risk Management, etc.

1. Review and check Import/Export documents from business division
2. Advise and recommend business division in Logistics Knowledge, Trade Compliance, Customs regulation, etc.
3. Support business division for Logistics Management department's procedures (e-sign approval, etc) and systems (LM WF, iTOP)
4. Support team for other jobs such as Training, Logistics Management report and news, customs broker contract, etc.
5. Other assignment from supervisor related to Logistic management issues

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-35 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in Logistics related field.
3. At least 5 years of experience in Logistics Management field with good knowledge of FTA and Customs Clearance Regulations, HS Code
4. Experienced working from trading company.
5. Intermediate Level of English
