Position: Sales Coordinator
Division: Basic Chemicals
Import & Export 30%
Domestic 70%

Main Responsibility: Responsible for documents of the business department \both upstream and downstream including
domestic logistics and Import/Export operation. Process data and monitor all internal related procedures to business.

1. Expand and take good care of customer assets for chemical toward depertment and division target expansion and goals
2. Handle dairy document transaction, customs clearance, invoice and service to customers with full scope of documentation
3. Control and arrange logistic management both inbound and outbound cargo effectively with logistic company,
warehouse and shipping line.
4. Handle credit control effectively to avoid over credit/past due.
5. Responsible for document related to Import/Export /Domestics business and input in the system properly

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-35 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in any field
3. At least 2 years of eaxperience as Sales Coordinator (Import/Export) from trading company or Logistics company.
4. Must have TOEIC Score
