JOB DETAIL
• Perform variety of duties and administrative support to management.
• Manage and maintain executive's schedules, calendar arrangement and confirm appointment.
• Prepare and prescreen document before passing to Executive and keep records and filling.
• Arrange all domestic and overseas travelling such as flight ticket, hotel, reservation and transportation, business trip.
• Coordinate with other departments and external parties
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Male or Female, age 30-37 years old
• Japanese Nationality
• Bachelor degree in related field
• Experience as a secretary for Japanese executive for 5-10 years
• Management skill and on time
• Strong communication skills, detail oriented and service mind with
• Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, energetic and willing to learn new things
• Good interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills
