JOB DETAIL

1. Manage, plan, sell products via LAZADA, Shopee, Facebook, IG, Line and online channels as specified by the company.
2. Prepare various reports related to sales and product information.
3. Analyze the needs of customers, make a sales plan.
4. Manage sales team to achieve sales targets. and other indicators to follow a good direction
5. Enhance the team's skills in product presentation/delivery customer demand analysis
6. Seeking new sales channels and methods to find new customers (Acquisition) including planning to maintain the existing customer base (Retention) to increase sales and create customer satisfaction (Customer Satisfaction).
7. Study the sales practices of competitors. Marketing direction, promotion, consumer behavior To increase sales opportunities and improve team efficiency
8. Manage and supervise sales and deliver quality products that meet the standards set by the company
9. Transfer knowledge, help, motivate and create solidarity for the sales team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male or female, age between 28-40 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales and business administration or others
3. Experienced in selling online products such as LAZADA, Shopee, Facebook, IG, Line, JD central
4. Able to work as a team
5. Have good personality and human relations
6. Able to control, manage, manage work and subordinates effectively
7. Creativity, enthusiasm, love challenges and have high patience
8. Have leadership Have skills in team management
9. Good sales skills and problem solving skills
10. Able to work under regulations and pressure
