Work place is Mitsubishi Elevator Asia Office.

・Input Data of Purchasing Invoice.(Manual & Upload).
・Invoice PO issuing for customer & Sub contract company.
・Adjust Shipping Label Quantity.
・Print Material Receipt.
・Change Exchange Rate.
・Damage Parts of Local & Oversea.
・Upload Data for Receiving, Shipping.
・Inform Pallet Quantity to Truck Booking to get the material supply.
・Any other related duties requested by the supervisors and manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female or Male, age 22-30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics major or related fields
- New graduate also welcome but 1 year Experience in Logistic, import export, Material Procurement is preferred
- Able to communicate in English Toeic 600 is a plus / JLPT N3
- Able to do multi task assigned duties
- Computer literacy is required. (Microsoft Office)
