Replacement Position
Department: Information Systems (ITM Department)

Job Descriptions:
1. Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
2. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems application software and system managment tools
3. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
4. Monitor and test application performance for bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes
5. Maintain security, backups and redundancy stratragies
6. Write and maintain customs scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
7. Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
8. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
9. Liaise with vender and other IT personnel for problem solution
10. Support group company in Asia Pacific in terms of 'Infrastructure Specialist' O365
11. Support windows based environment e.g. AD, WSUS, fiel, SQL and Network & Security e.g. palo-alto, Firewall, Cisco switch and router

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age not over 28 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Scienece or other related field.
3. At least 2 years as System Engineer
4. Intermediate level of English
5. Able to work on some Saturdays (15 Saturdays/year, depends on company's calendar)
6. Able to work overtime upon request (urgent matters)
7. Able to travel abroad to support group companies in Southeast Asia
