Position: E-Commerce Planning Deputy Manager
Division: NEW Business Development
Team: EC Planning
Report Directly to Department Manager (Japanese)

1. In charge of E-commerce Planning
2. Implement overall e-commerce strategy across desktop and mobile devices to ensure that the application is fully optimized for user-friendliness and user experience while remaining visually appealing.
3. Take lead in researching, strategizing, analyzing and implementing user feedback.
4. Support teams for developing user's interface which aim to drive achievement of corporate growth targets via the success of e-commerce planning.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-32 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in preferably in Marketing, Computer Science, IT related field
3. At least 3 years of work experience in E-Commerce Planning field
4. Experienced in delivering design solution as a UX designer , or interaction designer is an advantage.
5. Intermediate level of English (*If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage)
