Responsibility: The main function is to management production and have minor details as follows
1.Establish yearly plan follow business company objective
2.Establish KPI of production and planning department & Monitoring by monthly
3.Organize and manage production team for to achieve KPI target
4.Generate and prepare preventive action and plan improvements activity of products
5.Improvement process, products, quality
6.Act as customer representative to meet customer requirements7.Production inventory control stock (RM and FG)
8.Manage maintain process control for reduce process variation
9.Improvement line productivity, line balance, reduce cycle time, and kaizen activity
10.Internal auditor
11.Support supply chain management
12.Working PM team activity
13.ISO System implement ISO9001:2015,ISO14001:2015
14.Kaizen, QCC advisor & Commentator
15.Summary monthly KPI report to
16.Summit management review report
17.And other assigned by top management by GM Japanese

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.Male age 35-45 years old
2.Bachelor's degree in industrial management or other related fields.
3.Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems
4.Have Leadership skills, management skills and have high responsibility and can communicate in English
5.Must experience in automotive parts manufacturing (Auto radiator hose, Rubber chassis, Vibration reducing devices.)
