JOB DETAIL
- Recruiting officers according to company's structure.
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male/Female age 28- 35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology or related field.
- Experience at least 3-5 years in Advertisement and marketing agency field.
- Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
- Knowledge of social media and professional networks
- Good command of English (TOEIC 750)
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
