JOB DETAIL

- Manage the physical logistics team to achieve the logistic KPIs e.g.Logistics cost (warehouse cost, direct labor cost.)
- Inventory of delivery on hand, delivery and logistics Quality
- Manage safety, quality, cost, delivery and moral in department to effectiveness.
- Drive and control warehouse operation & process efficiency
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are communicated and implement for all employees
- Ensure the activities n physical logistics are regularly perform e.g. Logistic quality of basic line walk and safety line walk
- Ensure the logistic processes are fulfilled the requiremants of safety regulation, ISO9001&ISO 14001
- Planning/ Control the budgets, investment and expenses according to plans.
- Support new projects, logistics IT implementation and company activities
- Plan and develop the employee competence, upgrade knowledge
- Support tasks according to assignment from Vice President(Japanese)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 42-47 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.. Engineering file is a plus
- Management level minimum 8 years + related field 10 years (Total 18 years)
- Production controls in logistics and warehouse management (Automotive field is a plus)
- MS Office, WMS, Inventory control
- Good command in English with TOEIC 650 or above
