• Infrastructure design & solution Execute projects and Roll-out/Implement global/regional infrastructure related projects to Honda’s subsidiaries using various technology solutions
Study and understand user need and expectations, as well as alternative infrastructure architectures and technology trends
• Evaluate, Propose and Establish infrastructure designs & solution to improve operation efficiency and lower costs
Design technology solutions, operations architecture, and standards
Act as 2nd Tier Support to Provide infrastructure services to ASH users, ASH Application Team and Honda Subsidiaries to resolve technical issues and run operation. Incident/Service Support aligned with SLA
• Follow Global Honda IT policy standards & procedure and update system related document and design
• Coordinate with vendors to provide infrastructure maintenance and problem solving in case of incidents occurred
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male / Female age between 24 – 32 years old
• 3-5 years’ experience in infrastructure area will be advantage
• new graduate is welcome
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related fields
• Good command in English (Both Speaking and Writing), TOEIC score at least 550
• Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
• Be a high-energy, motivated self-starter/learner and be able to learn new technology quickly
• Ability to work under pressure and with timeline
• Good communication skill and teamwork with cross function
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Be able to work up-country as assigned
