JOB DETAIL
- Japanese-Thai interpreting in the meeting and translating any documents as assignment.
- Communicate and coordinate with each Division.
- Coordinating and preparing for internal and external meetings/events including making appointments.
- Handles all correspondences and other documents.
- Renew of Visa & Work permit.
- Minutes of meetings and other duties that have been assigned.
- Take care of Japanese Customer. (Secondary responsibilities)
- Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age over 27 years old.
- Bachelor's degree Japanese language or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interpreter, Translator, Administration, Office Coordination, Personal Assistant or Secretary.
- Good interpersonal skills and can work under pressure.
- Can multi task working
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Understanding Japanese business manner and Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Able to work on holidays and travel upcountry sometimes
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Japanese Language Level Certificate N2.
- Able to communicate English.
- High responsibility, Effective communication skills, Open to learn new things.
