JOB DETAIL

・Manage overall accounting & finance of the company (2,000 persons size).
・Communicate well with Japanese factory manager and Japanese board member in Japan to report information and situation of accounting & finance.
・Mainly manage department members (about 20 persons).
・Think and share idea of improvement of production from view of accounting & finance (e.g. cost reduction by cost management).
・Communicate with government organization, and update information of law related to accounting.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Male or Female
・Age 40-50 years old.
・Accounting degree
・CPD license.
・Over 10 years of Accounting experience
・Over 10 years of Management experience
・Over 5 years of work experience in the manufacturing company
・English Upper intermediate level. (need to communicate with Japanese manager)

Advantage
・Management experience of more than 10 staff
・Work experience in a factory of 1000 to 2000 people
