Division: IM/Machinery BD Support
Team: BD
Team Size: 4
Report Directly to Team Manager (Thai) and Department Manager (Japanese)

-Research market demand, develop a new product (New supplier), and launch a product to market
-Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and related divisions regards to sales expansion
-Control product database and stock balancing.
-Control suppliers and coordinate with related divisions regards to sales expansion
-Manage and support Suppliers.
-Manage Product data base and stock balancing to secure Lead time
-Launch new product market via EC-website, Create a Product page

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of working experience in the Engineering field or BD, Purchase, Marketing, or related field.
3. Good command of English and Japanese (Option) communication.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
-Strong communication and negotiation
-The ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
-The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
-The ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
-Attention to detail
-Basic understanding of the industry and its current events
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
