JOB DETAIL

1 year contract (possible to extend)

- Provide any IT support and troubleshoot any problems for user
- Always looking for an IT technology/innovation and try to apply to the company with the most appropriate solution
- Respond to calls/emails from employees seeking help with most appropriate action
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow-up and update incident status and information
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Manage IT application and deployment for new employees/resigned employees to follow company policy such as Files server, Active directory,
Anti-virus, Terminal server, IP Phone system, Calabrio, Office 365, AirWatch, Cisco Umbrella, LINE Works and etc..
- Coordinate with HQ in Japan for some troubleshooting activity

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male only (Thai Nationality)
- Age 25 – 27 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering (Information Technology, Computer Science)
- Has at least 2-3 years of experiences in IT field
- Have a good knowledge, understanding, problem analysis, and troubleshooting skill for any IT device.
- Able to install basic software and have it in a “ready to use” state.
- Able to verify IT security issue and the availability of IT devices.
- Have a good knowledge and capability to suggest solutions for basic software problem to users.
- Have a passion and eagerness to develop IT system with new IT technology.
- Having a basic knowledge in “Network and Server system” will be taken into a special consideration
- Good Conversational level in English communication (or TOEIC 700 score)
