JOB DETAIL

- Handle the Sales documents : Quotation, P/O, Invoice, etc.
- Able to analyze, solve problems, work with deadlines and multi-tasks
- Contact with customers and supplier in both local and overseas
- Control stock and follow up clients’ requirements : orders, deliveries, etc.
- Coordinate between Suppliers, Customers, Shipping agents and Sales
- Liaise with other departments : Logistics, B.O.I & Account
- Strong organization and follow up skills
- Other related tasks assigned by manager
- Accept to work on Saturday (normally only 2 SAT/year)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age from 22 years old, not over 35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- Fresh graduate is also welcome
- Good command in English ; writing, reading, speaking, listening
- Good command in computer skill ; Excel, MS. Office program
- Energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Can start work immediately will be most considered
