Workplace : Silom Branch

- Meet with Potential clients to determine their needs
- Find New Customers and perform sales activity
- Work with business partner to develop the architectural design drawing as customer's requirement
- Present design work ad drawing to customer
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age not Over 30 Years old
- Education Level as bachelor's degree in Architecture or related.
- Have experiences in sales company is a plus
- At least 3 years experiences in architectural design firm
- Have patient and courage to build the new business
- Good skills in auto-cad and sketch-up software
- Able to do the rendering work for presentation to customer
- Able to travel to upcountry sometimes with Own car and Driving license
- Able to check construction progress on site sometimes
- Good presentation and English skills
