Report to: Group Chairman, based in Malaysia

Main Responsibility: Work closely with the management team and Clay & Chemical operations across Thailand to lead and manage all aspects of the commercial, sales and marketing activities. The Sales Manager is responsible for creating an environment and culture that enables the business to fulfils its mission by meeting and exceeding its goals and being accountable for the employees performance and business performance.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the full spectrum of Thailand’s commercial, sales and marketing activities.
2. Identify new business opportunities to ensure successful market penetration and business expansion.
3. Lead and manage the commercial, sales and marketing team.
4. Set KPIs and to grow market shares and or profitability and to meet the customers’ expectations.
5. Formulate and implement strategic corporate plans (pricing, costing, marketing, etc.) to meet and exceed Group’s sales/profit targets.
6. Network, develop and maintain good relations with key customers.
7. Provide regular comprehensive sales and marketing reports, customer trend, feasibility studies, market intelligence to the Management and sales and marketing team.
8. Ensure that the team proactively resolve customers’ complaints and feedback to the Management about customers’ suggestions for improvement and report actions taken to resolve customers’ issues.
9. Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve targeted profits.
10. Ensure that all commercial, sales and marketing activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-45 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry (Toxic Chemical)
4. At least 5 years of experience in management level.
5. Business Level of English
