・Conduct customer interviews with team members and create customer suggestions
・Create the overall concept and presentation for the project
・Get in charge of about 3 projects
・Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
・Create overall schedule based on timeline from the customer
・Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs (QT&BOQ)
・To be responsible for any assignments from senior staff or Manager
・To undertake any other related jobs as and when necessary

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Male or Female
・Age 26 -39
・English Intermediate Level　(Work with Japanese Manager）
Work experience of any of the following
・Printing industry
・Furniture maker
・Construction industry or Advertising agency experience
・Interior-related marketing

Skill : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

【Advantage】
・Work experience in renovation work and construction related with workplace, museum, and booth/ exhibition project
・Experience working at a Japanese company
・Work experience in interior design & construction, advertising, digital marketing or related.
