【Environment】
IT team is only one person(only this position)
•Responsible for IT project implementation (ERP, E-Tax, etc.)
•Proceed system implementation & testing
•Provide documentation and support service during project delivery
•To coordinate internal users and external vendors for system testing and project process
•To ensure that all project fundamentals are covered accordingly including scope, deliverable, timeline, costs, issues, risks and changes
•To manage and deliver the project on scope, on schedule and within budget and to ensure high user satisfaction
•To handle problem escalation accordingly.
•Install, and setup end-user systems, and related hardware and software
•Supporting IT issues both hardware and software and IT peripherals
•Maintain, manage IT inventory
•Assist internal staff with training and related programs
•Engage with vendors for warranty replacement/support of IT Equipment.
•Collaborate with Asia Pac IT Team with system upgrade and deployment.
•Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

•Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related discipline
•Age: over 26 years old
•Minimum 2 years’ experience on project coordination / IT support
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•Knowledge or Experience of Laptop hardware components.
•Knowledge or Experience of Microsoft O365, ERP support.
•General understanding of IT network and server technologies
•Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
•Good command in English is also preferred
