Position: Legal counsel (M6A/M6B)
Division: Legal Division
Level: Senior Admistrator/Deputy Manager

Main Responsibility: Deputy manager or Senior administrator as in-house legal counsel

1. Support legal and compliance matter and provide legal solution.
2. Coordinate corporation secretarial works (shareholders meeting and board of directors)
3. Review internal regulations
4. Update laws and regulations
5. Hold internal legal and compliance seminars

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree in Law with lawyer license.
3. At least 3 years of work experience as Legal Counsel Officer or related position from corporate or law firm.
4. Skilled and experienced in Commercial Contract Drafting & Reviewing from corporate or law firm.
5. Must have TOEIC Score 850 or higher (or has been gradudated from abroad or an international program).
