Total Number of subordinate: 15 staffs and 2 managers

1. Assist the Managing Director by providing advices on key business areas
2. Monitor overall performance and function of every departments (Human Resources & Administration, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing)
3. Manager and operate subordinates according to MD's plan
4. Report and lead meeting
5. Communication support between staff and management level.
6. Adjust internal regulation as needed

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 40-45 years old.
2. Master Degree's in related field
3. Experience as General Manager from Home Appliances or Automotive or Chemical or Plastic Injection Industry with experience managing Human Resources & Administration, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing departments
4. Strong Leadership skills
5. Intermediate level of English
