Main Product : Switchgear
1. Maintain and improve quality system of Switchgear products or product related both TIS (มาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม) & IEC standard (International Electrotechnical Commission - IEC/คณะกรรมาธิการระหว่างประเทศว่าด้วยมาตรฐานสาขาอิเล็กทรอเทคนิกส์) to ensure the existing system is in conformity with the adopted international standard and supporting others groups company
2. Solve, analyze quality with well manage in quality traceability record in maintaining the document control system to ensure all records regarding quality are traceable within the short time frame.
3. Maintain and Lead efficiently in internal & external quality system audits including ISO and safety standard.
4. Review quality assurance activities to ensure all released products to meet applicable company's standard
5. Perform or coordinate with internal audit regularly.
6. Prepare and analyze all concerned quality data for management review meeting.
7. Coordinate with production personnel to ensure the accurate clarification for each customer's complaint.
8. Supervise subordinates to perform & cooperation to all departmental tasks effectively
9. Handle subordinate-related issue including staffing, training, transfer and disciplinary actions.
10. Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations as well as all internal and external quality, safety, health and environmental instruction, rules and regulations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age between 45-50 years old.
2. Prefer bachelor's degree of Electrical Engineering
3. More than 15 years of work experience in QA field of switchgear would be advantage, if not prefer experience with transformer, switchboard, MDB in management level with subordinates
4. Intermediate level of English
