JOB DETAIL

This position provides after sales service to users/owners of Kawasaki Energy products, such as gas turbine and gas
engine as follows;
To work and/or assist Kawasaki affiliates’ engineers to troubleshoot and support customers for site issues by
>providing relevant chronology of fault and able to write brief report on such.
To attend to scheduled (periodical) and unscheduled maintenance as technical advisor or supervisor.
>To prepare for maintenance schedule all relevant details.
>To assist customers to solve their issues relevant to Kawasaki products.
>To provide with maintenance proposal for customers.
>To find local maintenance Partner Company and/or agent to well organize maintenance network.
(*) All necessary technical information and know-how will be provided by Kawasaki Technical Team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

General Skills
>Age 30-45 years old
> English intermediate level
>General PC skills such as office software
>Report making / Information summarizing skills
>Sense of responsibility and commitment to make customers satisfied.
> Meet customer needs at top priority basis and smoothly handle the issues well without jeopardizing customer trust.
> Diploma or higher degree in engineering, mechanical, electrical or control&instrument.
Preferred Experience
> Experience to work at Power Plant with gas turbine and/or reciprocating engine for operation or maintenance.
>Industrial machinery maintenance service.
>Basic gas turbine and reciprocating engine knowledge with good education background.
>Experience to build up service network
