JOB DETAIL

- Supervise and manage the interior of the brand BMW body and paint service center
- Plan annual goals in terms of quality and quantity of paint and body repair work
- Able to analyze and control the rate of workforce to suit the workload
- Manage, control, evaluate, and develop in accordance with the KPIS set by Brand BMW standards.
- Contact to provide outstanding customer service by transferring knowledge and delivering a good customer experience.
- Prepare a summary report daily/week/month executive report
- Check the quality and maintain the schedule for completing all repair work according to the goals.
- Strict leadership in the regulations of paint and body repair services
- Plan to provide support for training personnel in paint and body repair work
- Certification of compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support and assist the team as appropriate to achieve goals
- Other as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least Bachelor's degree
- Thai nationality, age above 35 years old
- Skilled in negotiating with customers
- Proficient of using Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 5+ years of experience managing a paint garage
- Experienced in supervision paint and body repair service centers such as BENZ, TOYOTA HONDA. etc
- Able to manage a team within the body and paint garage
- Good human relations, diligent, honest, patient
