JOB DETAIL

1. Perform Sales Support for Product Planning (Regional Group Companies, Production Companies, Head Quarter).
2. Support Regional Group Companies Sales & Marketing activities as Regional functions.
3. Provide admin support for Sales Plan Data, Sales KPI Reports & Sales Periodical Reports.
4. Support Sales Planning Activities, including pricing & profitability for Regional and Group companies.
5. Manage monthly & periodical meeting with Regional Group Companies.
6. Communicate & collaborate directly to Headquarter in Japan & Regional Group Companies members for fleet related topics.
7. Maintain & manage all Fleet data & information in System Database.
8. Lead and guide other Regional Group Companies toward Head Quarter's Directions & Policies.
9. Support Regional companies to gather customers & market information by direct involving end users' activities if necessary.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 27-33 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering or related fields.
3. At least 2 years of experiences in product's sales and marketing activities relating to business planning from Automotive Industry
4. Upper Intermediate Level of English with TOEIC Score 650 or higher
5. Good in Microsoft Excel for data analysis (Pivot, V-Lookup function and Visual Basic is preferable). Microsoft Words and PowerPoint.
6.Able to travel overseas for business trips (For example, Indonesia, Malaysia,
Philippines, Singapore, Australia, Vietnam, etc.).
