JOB DETAIL

•        Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the company
•        Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and reporting
•        Provide leadership in the development of short and long-term strategic financial objectives
•        Lead company financing (e.g. Letter of Credit, Project Financing arrangement) and related tasks with banks and other financial providers
•        Communicate and coordinate with key financial stakeholders for investment and fundraising activities
•       Develop framework for project evaluation to ensure consistent returns for the company’s portfolio of projects and assets
•        Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company
•        Identify and implement cost efficiency, margin enhancement, and growth plans for the company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

•       Male-Female, Age between 28 - 40 years old
•       Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related
•       Experience in fundraising, financing, M&A, budget management and cash flow modeling
•       Strong financial and/or accounting background
•       At least 4 years of prior work experience in a similar or equivalent role (e.g. Finance Director)
