JOB DETAIL
-Oversee and manage customer service, can be used according to the contract and develop existing services, including creating new services
-Ensure that customer service levels are in accordance with SLA and service contracts.
-Improve services to meet the needs of customers or users or create solutions for new services.
-Assist the team in taking care of security services such as SOC, Log, VA, PT, and other services as assigned.
-Control, check for abnormalities in the field of computer and information security systems
-Coordinate with relevant teams, sales departments or customers to provide services or advice.
-Control and monitor the availability of process-based services such as Availability, Incident, Capacity, and Resource plaining.
-Control the preparation of Assessment information with the team. to provide services according to customer requirements
-Prepare annual budget
-Work in accordance with the policy and standards of other organizations assigned
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
-Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in B.Eng./B.Sc. Computer, information, electricity, telecommunications or related fields
-Experience. : 2-3 years in computer security systems networking computer information system
-Certificates. : CISSP, CISM, CISA either
Skills/Characters :
1. have knowledge of computer systems and networking
2. Have knowledge of operating system, server equipment, virtualization system, backup system, network system
3. Have knowledge in computer security systems, information technology, laws or related standards such as the Computer Crime Act 2017
4. Be careful with detail, have good human relations, punctual, tactful
5. Have the skills to study, research and experiment by themselves
