- Handle and responsible for overall finance and accounting functions
- Responsible for financial and accounting reports including monthly, quarterly and yearly closing.
- Responsible the integrity of accounting information by recording and correcting Masterfile in access program.
- Ensure accuracy in requisition with detail GT by procurement
- Prepare Movement Inventory, PVF, Stock Balance, Turn Over material reports.
- Prepare monthly actual cost variance and wasted reports.
- Perform financial and accounting an actual plan and revise plan.
- Perform quarter standard cost change.
- Manage and control company productivities including Profit and Loss.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female age 33 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance (overall) function.
- Must have experience in manufacturing company and strong in costing.
- Strong computer literacy (especially MS Excel and Accounting ERP software).
- Able to work under high pressure, skilled in time management, and cautious.
- English is required (TOEIC 450+) as all coordination with the Japanese CEO
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are mandatory.
- Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.
