JOB DETAIL

-Lead, develop and deliver Business Development strategies for all solar business across all sales channels
-Set and drive sales target, implement sales strategies to effectively achieve the desired company goals
-Lead recruiting, KPIs and objectives setting, coaching and training of BD/sales representatives
-Develop business strategies and campaigns; formulate marketing plan, PR, and advertising plan
-Provide thought leadership and industry expertise on solar PPA, with deep insights on markets and competitors
-Lead, coach, and drive the company's Business Development team to meet and exceed all KPIs
-Lead and manage sales team; project prioritisation and problem solving; act as coach, mentor, and advisor to all team members
-Rainmaker and deal closer; able to formulate negotiation strategy and lead negotiation for major deals, representing the company with presence and poise
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with all clients; savvy and commercially minded, able to quickly identify and close key opportunities
-Set, evaluate, and approve commercial offers (e.g. project IRR); strong quantitative excellence; in-depth expertise in deal structuring
-Track and monitor sales performance based on key metrics; adapt and adjust strategy to optimise team's performance
-Monitor BD performance rigorously and in structured manner; provide deep insights and actionable solutions based on data-driven decision making
-Track, synthesise, and present insights on sales performance; able to develop detailed sales forecasts and scenario modellings
-Manage budget and resources according to company targets; proactive in proposing new strategies and campaigns
-Create a strong, effective, and winning team with collaborative working environment; proactive in optimising process and workflow

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields
-5+ years’ experience in Sales/Business Development team leadership
-Solar energy experience highly preferred; B2B sales/BD experience essential
-Strong management, planning and problem solving skills
-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to develop fruitful relationships with customers
-Good command of English and Thai
