JOB DETAIL

・Reporting Thai HR Manager and Japanese HR director
・Rebuilding up the internal environment (HR Division and whole company)
・Restructuring Salary structure, KPI, HR strategies, company rules
・Training of junior HR/GA members
・Overall HR/GA tasks (Including Recruiting, administration, monitoring employees, HR budgeting, payroll, etc...)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female (Female is preferred)
- Bachelor''s degree or higher.
- Strong payroll experience
- Strong HR planning experience
- Good command in English (Must be business level)
- 30 - 40 Years old.
- Strong experience in HRM and HRD in Heavy industries
- Must be able to build good relationship with junior staffs as well as senior staffs
- Communication skills is very important
