Develops business strategic planning for the market to achieve the company sales target and profitability, identifying market trends, opportunities
Develops sales teams by selecting, training, coaching and disciplining staffs
Determines marketing & sales operating objectives, such as sales volume, profitability and market share, by product and by industrial sectors.
Initiates and coordinates the product development and production requirement. Provides sales forecast and request for stock inventory purchase.
Keep up to date with new market trends to apply in sale operations and improve performance within the team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or science
3-5 Year experiences of leading chemical industry product sales team.
Strong sale and good negotiation skills
Challenge for sales target with results oriented
Able to coach & monitor sales team
Able to drive with driving license
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Excellent selling, analytical, negotiation, and networking skills.
