Job brief :
As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Operation Officer will report to CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company.

Primary day-to-day responsibilities: plan, implement, manage and control all Operation-related activities of the company.
Responsibilities :
1. Drive the company’s Operation planning
2. Provide leadership and management to reflect the organization's mission and core values.
3. Work with the management to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies.
4. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO.
5. Analyze and plan strategies for business development and growth.
6. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic and implement the plan.
7. Conduct P&L performance analysis and troubleshoots areas of interest while assisting in developing appropriate solutions to identified problems and opportunities.
8. Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company including but not limited to professional staff and management level employees.
9. Conducts all necessary inspections and audits; develops and implements plans of actions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 33-39 years old .
2. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
3. At least 2 years of experience as COO in fashion retail or E-Commerce industry.
4. Strong leadership skill
5. Intermediate Level of English *If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage
