JOB DETAIL

Report directly to Japanese Manager

1. Communicate with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
2. Follow up on service requests and provide customer feedback.
3. Monitor equipment and machinery performance and develop preventative maintenance measures.
4. Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
5. Deliver demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective product use.
6. Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
7. Monitor inventory and reorder materials when needed.
8. Write reports to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
9. Work oversea at customer site upon request with team members

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male only. Age between 22-28 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree of Electric Engineering
3. Intermediate level of English
4. At least 1 year as service engineer
5. Able to work overtime on some Saturday and Sunday upon request (Overtime Allowance will be provided)
