Position: Fiance Associate (Treasury)
Department: Finance & Accounting

Fiance Associate (Treasury) is responsible for FX hedging operations, cash flow management and overseas payment transactions including coordinating with related parties to set up a Treasury Center. After the establishment of the treasury center, it is required to assist the manager in operating treasury functions such as FX and liquidity management for group companies.

Corporate Treasury Center Tasks:
1. Coordinate with related parties to set up Corporate Treasury Center (TC).
2. Assist upper level in operating Treasury Center functions (FX & Liquidity Management) for group companies in Asia after Treasury Center establishment.
3. Review and Update related rules and practices related to Treasury Center.
4. Achieve the project schedule and maintain data accuracy.

Foreign Exchange Management Tasks:
1. Verify FX hedging requisition from Sales Department.
2. Operate FX hedging transactions with commercial banks.
3. Coordinate with Sales to monitor FX exposure and hedging position
4. Coordinate with related parties and assist upper level in developing company FX system.
5. Prepare FX monthly monitoring report.

Cash Flow Control Tasks:
1. Manage company cash flow to ensure that sufficient funds are available for ongoing operation.
2. Prepare monthly casg flow projection report.


Overseas Payment/Collection Tasks:
1. Peoceed overseas payment or collection transactions andn record transactions in acccounting system
2. Make certain about information accuracy and completeness.

Other tasks:
1. Perform- other duties as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female, Age between 23-28 years old
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
3. At least 1 year in Corporate Treasury Function, Cash Flow Management, FX Hedging/FX Management, Financial Markets and/or Overseas Payment Transactions from multinational company
4. Intermediate Level of English
5. If have experience using SAP is an advantge.
6. Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar (Average 1-2 Saturdays/month)
