【Job description】
This position is work as a Senior Customer Service. Handling freight Forwarder business Sea Export process (Routing & Free hand shipment). HBL , Booking process. custom clearance.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Required】
-Minimum 3-4 years for Senior Customer Service position
-Experience of Freight Forwarder business at least 5-6 Years .
-Knowledge of Sea Export process (Routing & Free hand shipment).
-Knowledge about HBL , Booking process.
-Have basic knowledge of custom clearance.
-Good command of spoken and written English
