• Project reporting to upper level
• Coordinate with subcontractor on field work.
• Estimating experience and knowledge of site surveying, project sequencing.
• Experience managing electronic factory, facility and Industrial Projects preferred.
• Project management qualifications and proven experiences
• Experiences from working with contractors
(HVAC system, Utility , Electrical and Constrcution work )
• Other assignments from upper level

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male , Thai Nationality, age ; 35-55 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Working experience - at least 7-10 years in Project Engineer
• Experience and technical knowledge in M&E consulting services;Design & Installation, Supervision, Monitoring & Control, Project & Facility Management,Power & Energy Management, Testing & Commissioning, Audits etc.
• Good command in English communication
• Sound knowledge of electrical, mechanical, engineering, products, services and consulting of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods, etc.) as well as an understanding of Company and industry practices, processes, and standards and their impact on project activities. sequencing.
• Proficient in AUTOCAD, Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
• Experience and technical knowledge in a range of
- Plumbing (Water supply (cold ),Water treatment, Rainwater system, Sewage treatment, Sanitary wares,Piping and dispensers),
- fire protection and suppression and HVAC(Smoke Extraction Systems, General Ventilation Systems, Pressurization Systems,Chilled Water Systems, Variable Air Volume Systems, Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems, Precision Close Controlled Systems) Fire Protection and Suppression ( Fire, Extinguisher, Fire Hose Reels, Fire Hydrant).
• Experience and technical knowledge in electrical HV, LV
• Excellent attention to detail and Customer service driven.
• Project reporting skills
• Working experience in Japanese Company
• Have knowledge in safety system
• Have good relationship , can get along with colleague and subcontractor employee
