JOB DETAIL

• Act as a middle man between Japanese service manager and Thai technician team
• Hydraulic attachment installation / repair / trouble analysis / solution / report
• Control technician works, plan workflow, suggest and coach technicians, issue new troubleshoot reports, also train operators for proper operation and basic maintenance
• Good at controlling & planning manpower to support technical issues
• Explain to customers / review customer complains / take appropriate, corrective and preventative actions
• Make a quotation of repairing parts/services for customers
• Spare parts management and promotion

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Age between 35 years old and above
• Having experience in repairing hydraulic equipment that requires technical knowledge is a MUST
• Having a knowledge of the hydraulic/electrical devices and circuit
• Having good communication skills and good personality
• Able to travel and meet customers in upcountry areas
• Having a driving license and an own car (Able to drive a gearbox car)
• Able to work in the construction site
• Good command of English (Both verbal and written skills)
• Having connection with construction companies will be an advantage
