- Manage multi-user computing environments (LAN) such as local area networks, install and configure system hardware and software, establish and manage user accounts, upgrade software, perform backup and recovery tasks. A person must manage and
troubleshooting
a) Active Directory management (a user account that provides new workstation additions and configurations, and setup approval)
b) System software installation and updates
c) OS patching / Upgrade
d) Prevent the spread of viruses and malicious programs
e) Large storage space allocation
f) Check system logs
g) System security management
h) Create backup and recovery policies
i) Monitor and optimize performance
- Purchase software and IT hardware and peripherals.
- IT risk planning, deployment, fail-safe strategy, asset management, and budget planning.
- Renewal of annual maintenance contract.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- University Graduate in Computer Engineering, with working experience 5 years+
- Candidate IT who worked in the IT department of an automobile company to perform their daily tasks.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Server features, networks, and troubleshooting
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
