- Thoroughly consider products that can be manufacturability, quality-guaranteed, and functionally guaranteed.
- Analyze test reports and trouble cases and give feedback to product design
- Recommend design modifications for VA/VE (cost reduction, tool design simplification, part communization).
- Develop, manage, and deliver advanced technology programs and projects in areas of air filtration and purification.
- Develop, maintain & deliver technology roadmaps for air filtration & purification based on deep understanding of consumer & customer needs, technology and regulatory trends.
- Lead technology scouting activities in air filtration and purification including identifying new technologies, validating them through theoretical analysis and testing, and evaluating the commercialization feasibility.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- University Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Technology, with working experience 5 years over (Assistant level) or
- Diploma Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile), with working experience 3 years over (Staff level)
- Preferred: Candidate who has worked on design of Motorcycle Air Cleaners .
- Product design skills using CATIA and NX
- Knowledge of GD&T and APQP, ISO/TS16949, PPAP (preferred).
- Candidate having plastic injection molding process knowledge (preferred).
- Candidate should have excellent knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and must be able to use them efficiently.
- Knowledge of FMEA / DRBFM.
- Able to travel overseas from time to time for overseas assignments at short notice (must have valid passport).
