• Analyze, plan and formulate strategies for all product groups with the manager.
• Analyze, plan and formulate marketing strategies for all product groups. including various projects Together with the manager and the marketing team
• Check sales prices and keep sales in line with targets.
• Coach, support, supervise and motivate employees in both new and old sales teams and perform the duty to the best
• Handle complaints from customers.
• Coordinate with all parties. to be able to achieve common goals
• Research new products and use data to build on to increase sales.
• Track the progress of tasks weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Prepare a summary report. and various analytical reports to present to the executives
• Act as a representative of the company and be an example for our employees.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Males or Female, age 30-35 years old
• Bachelor degree in Business or any related field.
• Ability to coach and motivate all employees in the sales team.
• Experience in sales at least 3 years
• Experience in marketing at least 2 years
• Experience as a supervisor at least 2 years
• Ability to coach and motivate all employees in the sales team.
• Ability to think critically and good at presentation.
• Ability to do project management / project planner.
• Possess a positive outlook, enthusiasm, honesty, punctuality and high responsibility.
• Have a desire to be a successful sales manager.
