1. Answer the phone and take orders from customers.
2. Provide information, facilitate and coordinate with customers
3. Take care of any immediate problems that may arise with politeness and friendliness.
4. Liaise with other departments
5. Other tasks assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Female, age 27-35 years old
• Bachelor degree, Liberal Arts Chinese or English or any related field.
• 3 years of working experience in Customer service
• Good command of English.
• Good command of Chinese Mandarin.
• Minimum 1 year experience in electronics products/components/system sales in the consumer industry would be an advantage.
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to multitask
• Ba able to solve unexpected problems well
