JOB DETAIL

・You will be in charge of procurement, inventory control, logistics, shipping and distribution for Japanese
and Thailand customers in Thailand.
・Logistical processing of customer orders, which includes coordination with suppliers, sales staff, warehousing company and shipper.
・Documentation
・Ensure goods are delivered to customers per scheduled dates and keeping them informed about shipping details.
・Planning of the purchase order from the supplier . System key and private key for complete transmission
・Check the correctness of the import and export documents to confirm the shipment.
・Summarize the freight costs each month to the head office.
・Provide excellent support service to exceed customer satisfaction level.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
・Experience as sales coordinator at trading company or manufacture over a few years.
・Good command of English skills (Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening.
・Experience for BOI is preferred but not necessary
