JOB DETAIL

Develop robust the brand /category commercial plan for existing and new product
Introduction for Small Format Product.
● Build portfolio strategies and plan product lifecycle management that aligned to
market need on value and portfolio pricing strategy & supporting delivery of 5 Yrs.
Business plan
● Analysis, Planning , Initiating, Communicating, and execution on the category
commercial plan & results
● Drive targets for distribution & Visibility (Picture of success) for all key channels
● Develop the category promotional, Pricing strategy and guideline for across channels
and customers implementation to drive market growth
● Review customer & channel plan performance, profitability and KPIs to ensure
performance
● Develop and monitor market intelligence, bringing customer insight into brand
strategies, marketing plan and actions
● Plan and manage trade spend budgets, promotion plans & improve customer
profitability via promotion evaluation by channel by customers, in level of pack size,
sub brand and segment
● Working closely with the Sales and Supply Chain Team in category and product
forecast & performance across channels and customers to meet business target.
● Preparing and cascading of Sales & market including business reviews
● Work with the Head of Marketing and Regional Portfolio Head to reassess key
priorities to ensure optimal resource allocation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 Year’s experience in FMCG and at least 3 yrs. experience as a
manager on Brand management or trade marketing
● Fluent in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
● Experience in both MT & TT channels
● Be able to use market data analysis tools, such as AC Nielsen
● Be able to use retailer analysis tools, such as Dunnhumby, C Smart, etc.
● High analysis skills with ability to link market data to retailer data
● Proven record of success in delivering key commercial KPIs
● Understands key business functions i.e. Commercial, Finance, Technical, Supply
Chain
● Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
● Ability to identify customer value opportunities and create solutions to unlock that
value
● E-commerce experience would be a plus
● Basic Finance for non-finance understanding
● Understanding of Promotional ROIs
