Position: Process Control Accounting
Division: Financial Management

1. Responsible for Process Control functional role and support Business Div. for consultation of existing Business and new Business such as Tax, Finance, Risk management, and MUGEN standard process.
2. Provide data, information, and documents to Internal/External Auditor and Tax Authorities.
3. Check and process workflows/documents as instructed: Sales realization, Receipt, Payment, Charges, etc.
4. Support Business Division for consultation of existing business and new business for Account, Tax, Finance, Risk management, and MUGEN (SAP) standard process
5. Prepare and check VAT In/Out report, Stock movement report, Tax submission, GP report and others as required
6. Monitor accounting and tax compliance of Business Div. Prepare monitoring report and monthly analysis report withholding tax (PND 53, 54 and PP.30, 36) VAT, and Duty stamp
7. Provide data, information and documents as required by Internal/External Auditor and Tax Authorities
8. Ensuring accounts transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting any concerns/discrepancies to Supervisors

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-30 years old
2. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting
3. At least 2 years in accounting with good knowledge of VAT, WHT and Tax
4. If able to use SAP is an advantage
5. TOEIC 730 or Intermediate Level of English from global or international company
6. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
