1. In charge of management, schedule and quality for product development.
2. Responsible for Product Strategy: PRD and Wireframe.
3. Accountable for delivering outcomes appropriate to and beyond requirements in defined/scheduled timeline.
4. Define, manage, develop and customize necessary processes for project management online with company circumstances.
5. Manage the whole department for in-house projects (comico) as well as other new projects.
6. Responsible for resources planning, recruitment, allocation and utilization for the department.
7. Analyze issues as well as plan development process, policy and KPI.
8. Provide coaching and mentoring with people management and leadership skills.
9. Implement continuous improvement of software development services.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age not over 40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT related field
3. Intermediate level of English
4. At least 2 years of direct experience as Project Manager-Mobile Application/In-House Mobile Products
